A man from Flagstaff has been arrested and charged for the third time in two months…all three incidents include DUI charges. Jimmy Curley, Jr. was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly hit other vehicles and showed signs of impairment. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The other two incidents occurred since April 30, 2013.
Charges of driving under the influence are extremely serious. Repeat arrests for DUI only worsen the situation. Curley’s case is especially egregious since there were three separate incidents of the same charge in a very short time frame, however even if the DUIs are years apart, Arizona takes it into account and you can find it much more difficult if not impossible to get a favorable outcome.
