With over two decades of investigative experience grounded in military discipline, frontline law enforcement, and private sector investigations, Damian M. Jarrett brings unmatched expertise and resolve to his role as the firm’s Senior Investigator.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a former sworn law enforcement officer, Damian has successfully conducted more than 2,500 investigations involving serious felony charges, Capital Punishment, homicide, DUI’s, designated complex litigation and post-conviction matters. His background gives him a unique ability to analyze cases from multiple perspectives, identify procedural errors, and uncover facts that others may miss.
At Matthew Lopez Law, Damian collaborates directly with the firm’s attorneys to lead comprehensive and strategic investigations. He conducts witness interviews, reconstructs crime scenes, analyzes digital and physical evidence, and develops actionable intelligence to support the strongest possible defense.
