North Mesa Justice Court

If you are reading this blog, it’s because you, a friend, or family member have been charged with a DUI and you’re interested in knowing the consequences. The consequences all depend on the type of DUI you are facing. The higher your blood alcohol content or breath alcohol content, the stiffer the penalties become. For first time DUIs at the North Mesa Justice Court, you could be facing as much as 45 days in jail. In addition to jail time, you may also run the risk of losing your license and having a breathalyzer your car for 18 months. If you have a job that requires driving, you may lose your job. That’s the bad news. The good news, our lawyers are experienced with handling DUIs at the N. Mesa Justice Court and we would be glad to help you.

We Can Represent You

In representing hundreds of clients for DUIs, I have received some of the same training that many of the police officers have received. I know when an officer does their investigation poorly, I know when there’s been an issue with breath or blood analysis, and I know what documents and which legal issues to argue to best help get your case dismissed. I have also found that on the weekends at the Salt River, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office is overwhelmed with investigations; therefore, they tend to rush their investigations, giving me an opportunity to find loopholes to use in my client’s cases.

Hire An Experienced DUI Lawyer

Without hiring a lawyer who’s experienced in DUI laws and DUI investigations your chances of getting a dismissal or reduction are not good. There are many different approaches we can take for a DUI case. The best way for us to determine which approach we are going to take for you is to request your police report, interview the arresting police officer and carefully scrutinize toxicology records.
