A Phoenix man was involved in a minor car accident today that turned deadly. When the man who was hit confronted the driver, the driver took off in his vehicle, hit the man, and dragged him several hundred feet to his death. The driver of the vehicle was drunk and is now being charged with DUI, vehicular manslaughter and aggravated DUI.
