In Arizona, if you are driving, you automatically give the police authorization to test your blood if they police have probable cause to believe you are DUI. If and only if you are arrested, if you don’t submit to a breath test (at the station) or blood test, you will lose your driver’s license for one year and the police will get a warrant to draw your blood anyway.
